VERY DANGEROUS CONDITIONS WITH INTENSE RAINFALL OCCURRING AROUND BIGGENDEN.

Weather Situation: An upper low is combining with a surface trough to promote training thunderstorms. A Severe Weather Warning is current for this area.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce intense rainfall that may lead to dangerous and life-threatening flash flooding over the next several hours in parts of the Wide Bay and Burnett district. Locations which may be affected include Biggenden and Gin Gin.

* Seek shelter, preferably indoors and never under trees.
