Coast, Flinders, Riverland and North West Pastoral districts.

Heavy rainfall and damaging winds possible with
thunderstorms,
Weather Situation: A warm and humid airmass, together with an
upper trough moving across the State leading to the development of
severe thunderstorms.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may
lead to flash flooding and damaging winds over the next several
hours in the Lower Eyre Peninsula, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Yorke
Peninsula, Kangaroo Island and parts of the Mount Lofty Ranges,
West Coast, Flinders and North West Pastoral districts. Locations
which may be affected include Port Lincoln, Whyalla, Port Augusta,
Maitland, Kingscote and Roxby Downs.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may
lead to flash flooding and damaging winds over the next several
hours in parts of the Riverland district.
Tarcoola recorded a 113 km/h wind gust at 6:17 pm.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
