Severe thunderstorms in the north of the State.

Weather Situation: A moist and unstable airmass together with a trough of low pressure is producing thunderstorms in the north.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Oodnadatta, Marree, Dalhousie Springs, Mungeranie on the Birdsville Track and the Strzelecki Track south of Moomba.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
