DAMAGING SOUTHERLY WINDS DEVELOPING OVER THE SOUTHEAST ON MONDAY

Weather Situation: A cold front will cross southern districts on Monday morning then low pressure system is expected to develop over the southeast and move into western Victoria on Monday afternoon.
Damaging southerly winds, averaging 60-70 km/h with peak gusts of 90-100 km/h are possible over southeastern districts during Monday afternoon as a low pressure system develops.
Coastal areas are most at risk with damaging winds most likely with passing showers. The risk of damaging winds should ease by early Monday evening.

Locations which may be affected include Meningie, Robe, Millicent and Lucindale.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
