Severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts and large hail east
of Adelaide.
Weather Situation: A warm and unstable airmass across the eastern
half of the state ahead of a trough is leading to a risk of severe
thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and
large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours.
Locations which may be affected include Murray Bridge, Meningie,
Mannum and Tailem Bend.
Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Adelaide
Metropolitan, Mid North and Riverland districts and the warning for
these districts is CANCELLED.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
