Severe thunderstorms have developed about the West Coast and North
West Pastoral this afternoon.
Weather Situation: A warm, unstable airmass has combined with an
upper low to develop a series of severe thunderstorms this
afternoon.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may
lead to flash flooding, damaging winds and large hailstones over
the next several hours in parts of the West Coast and North West
Pastoral districts. Locations which may be affected include Ceduna
and Fowlers Bay.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
